William Hanna (14 July 1910 - 22 March 2001) was an American actor, author, composter, director, producer, and writer.

He was born in Melrose, New Mexico, in the United States. He died in Los Angeles, California, in the United States.

Hanna was the director and producer for The New Scooby-Doo Movies episode "Wednesday Is Missing". He was also a producer for the 1973 animated TV series The Addams Family.
