Rebecca Toolan (born c. 1940) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Teena Mulder, Fox Mulder's mother, in The X-Files.
Her feature film credits include Little Women, Knight Moves, and The Accused. She appeared in the made-for-television movies Atomic Train, Crimes of Passion: Nobody Lives Forever, Out of Nowhere, Christmas Lodge, and Tears and Laughter: The Joan and Melissa Rivers Story.
