Kevin Tate was born 6 October 1954 and died 30 September 1999 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was an American actor. He was known for 7 Faces of Dr. Lao (1964) as Mike Benedict, Bullet for a Badman (1964) as Sammy, and My Three Sons (TV series).
