Granny Frump is the mother of Morticia Addams and Ophelia Frump, the mother-in-law of Gomez Addams, and the maternal grandmother of Pugsley Addams, Wednesday Addams, and Pubert Addams.
She is portrayed by Judith Malina in the 1991 film The Addams Family and by Carol Kane in the 1993 film Addams Family Values.

Granny Frump performs a seance to contact Fester's spirit, demanding he knock three times. Just then, they hear three knocks at the door. They answer it to find Gordon, posing as Fester, and Ms. Craven, posing as a psychiatrist named Dr. Greta Pinder-Schloss. She also cooks for the family.

She appeared as a loving (but quite comically insane) maternal grandmother to the Addams children. She loves to play tricks and guide the family with her knowledge and wisdom. She guides the family when there's trouble, such as when Pubert turned into a "normal" child.
