Cousin Itt is a member of the Addams Family in the 1964 television series. Unlike the other characters, Cousin Itt was not created by cartoonist Charles Addams, but by producer unknown.
Description
Itt is the cousin of Gomez Addams, and The Addams Family.Itt's entire body is covered (and perhaps composed entirely of) hair. His hair color changed the Addams Family his blond. Cousin Itt appears briefly in the musical, shortly after intermission, and just before the start of Act II, dancing with Tassel, speaking in a series of "me"'s and "mew"'s.
In Animation
In the first animated series from Hanna-Barbera, Itt's voice was done by John Stephenson.
In the second animated series from Hanna-Barbera, Itt's voice was done by Pat Fraley. In this series, Itt worked for the US Government as a powerful super-spy, who was nicknamed by the kids as "Agent Double-O Itt". Itt was also the leader of a gang of bikers called the "Haircurllers".
