Chelsea Frei (born 16 November 1992) is an actress, writer, and producer. She is best known for her performance as Bridget Moody in the American comedy mini-series The Moodys and as John Gotti's daughter Victoria in the Lifetime's TV biopic Victoria Gotti: My Father's Daughter.

Born in Andover, Massachusetts, she graduated from NYU's Tisch School for the Arts. She interned in production at Late Night with Seth Myers and Saturday Night Live.
