Byron Foulger (27 August 1899 - 4 April 1970) was an American film character actor.
He appeared in eighty television shows from 1949 to 1968 including: The Lone Ranger, The Cisco Kid, Bonanza, Rawhide, and The Mod Squad. Foulger also appeared in over three hundred films from 1934 to 1970 including: Dick Tracy, Union Pacific, Ellery Queen, Master Detective, Sullivan's Travels, The Lost Weekend, The Three Musketeers, Superman and the Mole Men, The Long, Hot Summer, and Pocketful of Miracles.
