Agnes walks into the mayor's office holding Laurel Gate's death certificate in "Chapter VI: Quid Pro Woe". After being thanked by Mayor Walker, she tells him that she instructed Inez Bloom to go to the sheriff with her concerns after Noble asked if Inez had called.

She is seen wearing a light gray suit with a silver ring on her left ring finger and a watch on that same hand. She has red nails.
